Your Query Details

When you raise a Billing or Metering query, Landlord TAP will send the information to the relevant water company and your query will be automatically closed in the system. The Water Company will respond to you directly, you will not receive updates to your query via Landlord TAP and the Help Desk will not be able to provide you with any updates.
